Emails are good to keep everything in writing, but do not expect an immediate response. Usually I am out painting or pricing up jobs, and only get back to my computer in the evening.
Our usual proceedure is to come out and accurately price up the job. No two jobs are the same and we want to ensure the customer is aware of:

the work involved

the timescale until work begins

how long on site

what the final cost will be
You will then recieve an approximate verbal price, with an email or written fully costed version confirming this within 2 days so that everything is clear.
Obviously all prices are subject to any & all changes.
Once you are satisfied, then the work can proceed, and we aim to make you very happy with the quality of the work you engage us in.
Bad weather and delays outside our control can lead to timescale slippage, but we realise communication is the key, and will always let you know what is happening.
Finally, please plan ahead. The longer lead in time, the more likely you are to get the job done on time and on budget.
